How coaching works
When people try to solve problems on their own, it’s easy to get stuck in loops where the same thoughts keep circling without leading anywhere new. You might find yourself returning to the same concerns or options without things actually changing.
My role as a coach is to ask questions that help you step outside those patterns and see things from a different angle. From there, we can explore what feels meaningful, what fits your needs, and what new options begin to open up.
Working together
Free Consultation
This 20-minute call is a chance to talk through what you’re dealing with, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to decide anything — it’s simply a way to see if coaching feels helpful.
Strategy and Planning Session
This 90-minute session is a space to slow down and get oriented. Together, we explore how neurodivergence is showing up in your life, what feels important right now, and where you’d like support. We pay attention to both barriers and strengths, and leave with a clearer sense of what to focus on next.
Coaching Plans
Coaching together is designed to offer steady, ongoing support. Over time, we explore what’s been challenging, what’s been working, and how neurodivergence is affecting your day-to-day life. The focus is on finding strategies and ways of living that fit how your brain works.
(Sessions can be weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and what feels manageable.)
