I’m William Ortiz (he/him), a neurodivergent, queer, and transgender Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) with a BA in Psychology. My work is shaped by both professional training and my own experience navigating life as a neurodivergent person.

Like many people with ADHD, I spent years feeling overwhelmed by daily demands — trying to keep up, falling behind, and wondering why things that felt so hard seemed easy for others. Finding support through coaching helped me learn how to work with my brain instead of working against it, and to build strategies and accommodations that made things more manageable.

That’s what led me to become a coach.

My approach focuses on understanding how your brain works and finding ways to move through life that feel realistic and sustainable. Coaching with me is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, support, and honest exploration of what actually helps.

If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of overwhelm, burnout, or self-criticism, you’re not alone in that. It can feel like you’re trying to move forward, but keep running into the same challenges.

If working together feels like a good fit, I’d be glad to support you.
